![]() The Covid 19 crisis has brought things to a halt here at Go Wild Highlands except in the kitchen! Ann has been trying out new recipes for our guests to enjoy when we are back on the water. These lemon and lavender shortbreads were a big hit with the tasters. A blackcurrant, blaeberry and lemon cake didn't last long either! We are hoping to use berries from our own bushes and blaeberries foraged locally for that one.
